Another advantage for shock absorber in another hand, if in a party of 2, only 1 needs to wear the deco and both of you won't take the knockbacks. So in a party of 3, only 3 needs to wear it so they don't affect the other players. I think both of them still allows counters.If you're playing solo, it might actually be better to not get Flinch Free considering that any levels of it will prevent your Buddies from knocking you out of abnormal statuses like Stun or Sleep.
